1. Acceptance

By signing in to Peakros Glass (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Peakros Services Limited and is intended exclusively for authorised contractors and staff.

2. Access

Access to the Service is granted at the sole discretion of Peakros Services Limited. You must sign in with a Google account that has been pre-approved by an administrator. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to your engagement with Peakros Services Limited.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned permissions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Peakros Services Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Peakros Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if your engagement with Peakros Services Limited ends.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
