1. Who We Are

Peakros Glass is operated by Peakros Services Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use the Peakros Glass application (“the Service”) at glass.peakros.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service:

  • Google account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, obtained via Google OAuth when you sign in.
  • Usage data — pages visited, actions taken within the application, and timestamps, used to provide and improve the Service.

We do not collect financial information, location data, or data from any source other than your Google sign-in and your activity within the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate your identity and manage access permissions.
  • To provide the features of the Service (HR workflows, metrics, automation).
  • To maintain security and audit access logs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure managed by Peakros Services Limited. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed by Google.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as you have an active relationship with Peakros Services Limited. Upon offboarding, your account is deactivated and personal data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are based in the UK or EEA, you have additional rights under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
